Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This policy explains how the operator of this website (“we”, “us”) handles personal data of visitors in the United Kingdom. We act as the controller of that data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, language, the page you came from and the pages you view.
- Usage data: how you move around the site, which links you click and for how long you stay, gathered by our internal analytics system.
- Messages: whatever you send us by email, including your address and anything you choose to tell us.
We do not ask you to create an account on this website and we do not collect payment details.
Why we use it
- to show the site and keep it secure and working (legitimate interests);
- to understand which pages are useful and to improve them (legitimate interests, or consent where the law requires it);
- to measure visits that lead to a partner’s website, so that we are paid correctly (legitimate interests);
- to answer your messages (legitimate interests, or to act on your request).
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, analytics and error logging tools, under agreements that require them to protect it. When you click a link to a game, you leave this website: the publisher of that game receives data from your visit and handles it under its own privacy policy.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on a UK adequacy decision or on the standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to support@win-spree.com and we will reply within one month.
Children
This website is aimed at adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.ukor on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
